Maintenance Notice for September 24th

***UPDATE – We’re back up!***

On Monday, Sept 24, starting about 3am ET, we will be performing routine maintenance that will result in downtime for GSN.com, as well as WorldWinner.com, and the WorldWinner apps.

You may notice delays in deposit and withdrawal processing and other transactions. Player Services may also experience delays. We appreciate your patience as we work to complete this maintenance as quickly as possible. We’ll let you know when we’re back up and running!

  2. Good Day. I have a question regarding the entries on Jetsetter sweepstakes entries. I have read a couple of posts that the previous entries to the sweepstakes have been wiped out due to the server maintenance. What should be done on this?

  3. Before the maintenance I had a good 70-80 entries for The Jetsetter Sweeps associated with the Video Bingo Deluxe: Daub ’Round the World. Now I have two, the two that I just did. Is this a known error, or do I need to reach out to Player Services? Far as I can tell, all of my token wagers are still showing in my token history, so they should be able to calculate it from that if push comes to shove.

  5. I’m certainly not complaining, but I am curious. During the maintenance time earlier today the Cha-Chingo jackpot seems to have gone up by about $4,000. Again, no complaints I’m just curious.

  6. After the maintenance I see that I only have 1 jettsetter sweepstakes entriy. Before the maintenance I had 127 entries. Did I loose them?

  7. While you were doing maintenance were the entries into the Bingo Sweeps
    lost?” My GSN now shows no entries and I had 4 and I have finished the game

  8. I lost all of my entries on Video Bingo Deluxe. I had over 200. All that is showing are the few I earned today playing for the end of month gift cards. Is this due to maintenance also? Will my entries show back up? Thank you!!!

  10. i had almost 300 entries in the daub around the world sweeps…now i only have 17 what is wrong with you people ?this site makes me SICK. what happened to make it go down the tubes so fast ?i truly hate this RIPOFF site. you should just shut it down for good. all you do is frustrate people !!!!!!!!!!!

  11. was there any reason for not awarding bonus tokens upon signing on today in the morning? 9/25. could have the maintenance downtime have anything to do with that?

  12. still waiting on response to why chachingo went up, our entries to jetsetter sweeps are gone and once again the chest not giving videos for oodles, still no new prizes we were promised by the gsn angel that you were working on 2 years ago now — my patience is wearing thin, thank you very much!

Isn’t the going up a good thing? If the chest is not giving Oodles, please contact player services. Also, I will state again, I never said we’re getting new prizes. I posted a long time ago they were working on the Prize Center.

      • Oh, sorry, I guess your words “great Prizes” had me thinking I could win something besides an oodlectible! And when I first started collecting oodles, I could buy, or bid on 3 or 4 prizes a year, now I save for over 2 years to try to win a black friday prize 🙁 here is what you said in Feb 2017:

        • That’s OK Flo! I do try and answer as much as I can. I don’t have any involvement with it, but I think the prize center update was to this one. As you know, it’s changed many times over the years. Please know I do still pass along feedback, so at least your posts are seen.

    • I’m sorry you’re having difficulties. If you have not already, please contact Player Services for assistance so they can investigate. To contact them click on GSN Help at the top of the main http://www.gsn.com page, then look for the green “contact support” button at the top of the help page. I’d recommend logging into your player name before contacting them so there is a record from your account you can access later if need be.
