When you look at your Oodles or Tokens transactions, they only show the most current. You need to click on the “Review Full Transaction History” in the top right hand side of the window to see more. There you can search by date even.
GSN Angel, I can’t figure out any other way to reach you. When I click on your ’email’ link it opens a brand new Yahoo Mail account page.
The new video ads by GSN above the Bingo Bash games are causing huge problems. First, they slow down my ability to select a number; I have to click on the number multiple times on each bingo card. Second, the sound of the ads interferes with hearing the games, it is much louder. There should not be ad sounds when one is playing a game. This started today, 10/24/17. I emailed Bingo Bash but I think it is a GSN problem.
Can you tell the marketing department to stop using video ads anywhere during games? I’m okay with having it during ChaChingo Bingo or during the countdowns.

Hi GSN Angel, the top menu frame is again blocking parts of the webpage when scrolling down. It is blocking game playing, video ads, etc. They fixed it before and now it is back.
ilock21, did you reach out to Player Services and let them know? They’re mostly in direct contact with the ad team. I hope it’s been fixed!

tried playing the happy hour on sunday, and like everyone else has mentioned it was not working, just got back in town today and looked for the code and it says it expired last night..why would you have a code for 2 days only? longtimecustomer and have played many thousands of cash games..i guess it would be too hard to have the code for a week..this site has gone stadily downhill over the years
Hi John, missing out on it by a day isn’t a big deal. If it happens in the future just drop a line to Player Services and ask them to credit you. You were credited on 10/27 so no need to reach out to them this time.

no posts lately–and NOl promo for Halloween-why not for Halloween bingo–I miss the specials they used to have–double oodles, games for holidays–now the promos are the same slots for 3 days in a row–no surprise or creativity anymore! I used to look forward to surprise promos *(like 6 years ago_-I guess that angel had to retire) now I don’t have to look at promos-they will be the same the day before, and day before that
Hi J, yes, the promos have changed since 6 years ago. Promos are not anything I have control over. The thing is, GSN will always change, and try different things, and/or replace what they feel is not working well. Nothing stays the same. Please know I have passed your post on to the marketing team.
