    I freezes and ruins any game I’m playing and sometimes I get out of GSN completely because nothing works – as it pops up constantly.

  2. Will you be fixing the problem of dropping our placements in various games? I’m sure I’ve played many games, only to find out that you lost my ranking after the oodles were distributed. Also will this fix losing the first set of numbers in Cha-Chingo Bingo? Frequently (not every time – seems random) I pick my first set of numbers, the pick the bonus set, then have to re-set my first set of numbers because they didn’t stay picked.

  3. Not sure but the maintenance may have messed up the leaderboard payouts. I was on the leaderboards for Lingo and WOF for yesterday. Usually you will see the awards paid around 1:08 am the following morning. Nothing as of 7:30 am

Didn’t get an email today about my leaderboard oodles and was going to say the site maintenance interrupted the posting, but that’s always posted after 1:00 am Eastern time, so i wonder why i didn’t get them. Will write to player service, but just wanted to let you know this happened to me and may have happened to other players.

  5. Hello Angel. Please allow me to speak up on these extremely very serious issues. I like to announce that no one got credit oodles on the oodles games they played from 8/28/17. I checked on view recent winners for the Daily leaderboards and no one including me got our oodle credits. Are there technical problems that leads to them not crediting everyone oodles from yesterday? Because I’m shocked what happened when I checked my account!!! I want to find out and I’m sending my complaints to Player Services for them to resolve. I’m already starting to send out screenshot attachments as evidence on the oodles games not crediting our oodles accounts. I’m pissed off and disappointed for the 1st time around!!! I like to get answers for the oodles games to functioning properly in crediting our accounts. I hope it doesn’t happen on 8/29/17 because everyone will be extremely unhappy with being cheated out of this crediting here. Once again, please go over this to everyone including me on the no oodles credit situation. Thanks

  6. I sent a message to the team asking why I did not get the credits from yesterday. for example I placed 21 in pyramid solitaire and normally the credits are posted on the site around 105am but nothing is there….

    7:27 am that was from yesterday and I did not receive my 85 oodle credits. there are many other games that I have played with no credit.

  7. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PLAY THE GAME IN MY GSN TO RECEIVE THE 750 OODLES ON MONDAY. I TRIED OTHER GAMES, BUT NOTHING CAME UP.
    I TRIED TODAY AND STILL COULD NOT PLAY THE GAME TO GET THE 750 OODLES.
    I CAN PLAY THE TRIVIA AND CHACHINGO GAME.

  8. Angel, since pretty much EVERYBODY had a problem with Leaderboard Oodles on 8/28…

    Wonder how would GSN figure how many Oodles to give via a code for this “software boo-boo”, which is the most probable for this “maintenance shutdown” (IT’S CERTAINLY NOT, it’s software repairs).

    I was in the Leaderboard for at least Go RV Mahjong & SwapIt, Cubis and Summer Swapit. My computer is a Windows 7 Home and operates under updated Chrome OS.

    I also wonder the problems GSN software has been on lately, since this is the 4TH SHUTDOWN in the last 8-10 days (usually is a very rare occurrence of a few times per year).

  9. What the he++, nothing has changed. Look at my account I hope it does not make you sick I can not play and win at ANYTHING if my account is hacked over adobe flash player I want names and prosecution this is nuts!

    • Hi mbjkd1960, no one is hacking your account. Do you know how to check your Token transactions? To do so go to My GSN and then click on the Tokens (you’ll see Tokens, Collection Box, and Oodles at the top pf the page). Once you click on Tokens, in the upper-right hand corner of the page that pops up is a link that says: “Review Full Transaction History” – click on that and you can search your transactions by date, so they all show. You did a lot of spins of Mega Glam Life Slots (like 130-150) at 20,000 Tokens a spin, that seemed to be the main cause of rapid loss. Did you see my replies to you yesterday explaining how to adjust the credits/tokens for the game?

      • Thank you for replying, but still too many losses, no fun to lose so many with too few wins, this applies to all of the games, maybe they can loosen the screws just a little or ALOT! HAGD!

  10. I have already contacted customer support. I gave them my OS + browser info. I am wondering if there is a timetable in place for a resolution of the “missing” oodles leaderboard issue on 8/28.

  11. I have the same problem with the “you have to upgrade your adobe flash player”.
    I have the latest version. I cannot play ANY Slots games at all or card games or Bingo games. Can’ t play Mahjong or any oodle games at all. The game icons are shown huge on the page I have also missed out on the extra 5000 tokens to get each morning for the last 5 days now because the morning bonus doesn’t show.I have written player services twice with no reply and no compensation.
    Please. What is going on.

    • I’m sorry Lococutus, I don’t have any suggestions for you other than have you tried a different browser? I’m sure player services will be getting back to you soon. When you do reach out, if you’re able, make sure you provide any screenshots as well as browser information and what your operating system is. That helps the technical team by giving them a starting point to troubleshoot.

  12. hello angel, I have not been able to play any games since the maintenance. it keeps asking for me to get adobe flasher. I have Microsoft windows 10 and adobe flasher is a part of the system. why doesn’t it work now?

  13. left gsn with 400000 tokens when i logged back on to play i had 295000 tokens tokens continue to disappear. my browser is webb server.

  14. I might as well get my two cents in the pot. On Aug 27, I experienced difficulties with some Games and one scratch off ticket. I run Windows 7 & Home Primum,
    Google Chrome Browser. I bought a 1250 Scratch off ticket, but it would not let me scratch to see if I won. It kept tell me that ticket was noy played. I still have some with the games, such as “outlaw poker”, Error, Invalid score, Try again, or cancel game. I have no idea how many token have been lost. I have not sent a letter to the technicians.
