Thank you for letting us know there are issues with the mobile/web style games such as Mega Glam Life, Greedy Goblins, etc. This is being looked into. We thank you for your patience!

  1. Angel, I’ve noticed something weird going on with ChaChingo Bingo too. For a few hours I have entered in my 2 sets of numbers, come back, cleared the ad off the screen and found that the bottom set of numbers had disappeared so I had to enter in yet another set of numbers. This doesn’t sound so bad except that I think for at least one hour I didn’t notice this happened and missed having a second set of numbers entered. I sent a note to player services about it but I thought maybe you could check into it too.

    • Hi Alice, the mobile/web game are having technical difficulties, which is why you’re not able to access them. They are not discontinued, but they have been turned off until access is fixed.

  2. Angel, did for some reason any CASINO GAMES were ELIMINATED as of the last 2 maintenance stoppings? I CAN’T FIND KAWAII KITTY when doing the Happy Hours promo on Thursday night! THANKS!

  3. Is blackjack included in the technical difficulties group? There was a strange error comment on the page and then it disappeared from all the listings too. Thanks for your help,

  4. I think something is wrong with the Match & win Prize game. I have been unable to play it for the past several days. I have an unplayed ticket.

  5. Not sure if you received my earlier messages (can’t tell if they were actually sent to you.The only new game I am still; having troubles with is Mega Glam Life. When I click to play it only re-directs me to your ‘All Games’ page. I have logged off GSN & back on following a re-start of my computer but it didn’t seem to help.

    • Hi Richard, I just saw them, since this is your most recent one I’ll respond to this. I am seeing the game and can play. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? What happens when you click directly on this link here?

  6. I left Massachusetts due to moving to Florida by Rv. Arrived in FL and something is wrong with the amount of oodles I have. I should have 18 or 19 million oodles instead of just 1. I’ve played a lot of games and trivia to earn those oodles and I want them back. Could you please look into it for me?

To contact them click on GSN Help at the top of the main http://www.gsn.com page, then look for the green “contact support” button at the top of the help page. I’d recommend logging into your player name before contacting them so there is a record from your account you can access later if need be.

  7. Home page with the links at the top and the two columns of the list of games showing for tokens, cash, etc. is not opening up. I get a list along the left side of the page with no graphics and no way to get to the game itself such as chachingo bingo. Previously I could click on login and I would have box popup with my user name and the password already inserted. Unable to reach that box. The website worked just fine yesterday, but is a disaster today.
