Routine Maintenance on Cash Games/

Well, ever since GSN Cash Games became WorldWinner a few weeks ago, I’ve been unable to play ANY games on the site; I just get a blank page with the message that the site is blocked or the game is unavailable – SO frustrating! (I’m still using the same iPad – which had worked perfectly for years – to try and access the site now, with no luck…help!)

    • I use an iPad and have the same problem… when depressing the cash button (with money logo) and signing in, the wrong email address appears in my browser and the following message appears: a large circled X plus THIS WEBSITE IS NOT AVAILABLE OR BLOCKED FROM ACCESS. Have not been able to get Daily Free Cash Game, Cash Games, Dynamite, Word Cubes, & etc. for over a month.

      Would appreciate help with this.

  2. Hi GSNAngel!

    First, I want to thank you for posting the $100 Daily Sweeps winners for those 2 weeks & I hate to ask this again, but I’m gonna (sorry)……when are they gonna fix it? We are still missing winners from 6/11 – 7/3 & from 7/17 through yesterday. On this side, it seems fairly easy to temporarily resolve the issue by posting them the same way you did. It is just pretty frustrating because it makes you question the integrity of the sweepstakes….even moreso as time continues to pass & nothing is resolved. I know you’re the one in the middle, but I have never seen a problem take this long to fix. Please let me know. Thank you.

    • His hrprof24, thank you for reaching out. The winners from 7/17 have been posted. I’ll pass along your thoughts regarding the rest. While I’ve had issues getting the winners to post, they are being awarded. The sweepstakes themselves are working correctly.

    • I’m sorry you’re having difficulties. If you have not already, please contact Player Services for assistance so they can investigate. To contact them click on GSN Help at the top of the main page, then look for the green “contact support” button at the top of the help page. I’d recommend logging into your player name before contacting them so there is a record from your account you can access later if need be.
