  1. So, I clicked the link for the tournament and it sent me to play Wheel of Fortune Slots. I played a bunch (15,000 +) of tokens, then went to look at my promotions to see how many tokens I had racked up, only to see that the tournament is not listed in my promos. Just went back now to try again, clicked link again and it sent me to Wheel but it did not update my active promotions. Is there a known problem or is it just me ?

  2. Angel: I checked withsupport and they told me that I must make a cash deposit in order to use my Reward Points… They told me that they choose the winners by random so what is the since of playing millions of tokens unless you don’t care if you win anything… I guess I won’t be playing anymore tornaments …Thank for all you do I thought this would be good YFI to you and all the players..

    • Thanks Dennis. I apologize for getting turned around (I corrected my earlier replies to you this morning). Sweepstakes are always random winners. Events like the Sweetie Pie Sweeps win prizes such as the iPad Air 2, and you earn entries by playing. It does make sense to play because that’s how you rack up your chances of winning (for example, the more lotto tickets I buy, the better my chances at winning). Slots Tournaments like these (Sprint to Spring) are where the top entrants win.

    • I’m sorry you’re having difficulties. If you have not already, please contact Player Services for assistance so they can investigate. To contact them click on GSN Help at the top of the main page, then look for the green “contact support” button at the top of the help page.

  3. playing wof classic edition and it is not showing up in tournament Is it only certain wheel of fortune slots?

  4. Wish I saw the “disqualified” disclaimer in the e-mail. . . . Now I guess there’s no point for me to spin. I clicked the wrong one initially, so now I have two of the competitions on my promos page.

    • That’s too bad Brad 🙁 Whenever we have Slots Races or Tournaments, the rules are usually only one code to be used.

  5. WOO-HOO! I just wanted to say Thank You for giving me a chance to win extra tokens. I came in 341 place on the 1st tournament! I’ve never won a tournament before. This is AWESOME! 🙂

    Thanks Bunches,

  6. what happened to all of the prizes that you could use your oodles for? theres nothing left to use them for except contests. and ive never seen anyone from west virginia win any contest. so that leaves us out .except for oodlectables……keep up the good work.

    • Hi gpop420, I’ve passed your post along to the Prize Center Team. What state you live in has no bearing on your chances of winning. There easily could have been winners from the auctions or sweepstakes from your state since we don’t list locations on the winners page of player news 🙂

  7. OH my name was there OH thank you so excited. GSN is such a nice
relaxing place to play games. I wish it was all I had to do. Love the bingo too. It’s time I learn more about Dash too!! 🙂 Thank you again. Means a lot 😉
