  2. Finally was able to do the Price is Right game this week and was never awarded the 500 awards points. I already contacted support and they just won’t respond back. Had to use a different computer and a different browser. This was done before the deadline of Thursday midnight.

    There are problems everyday that I do not contact support about. One reason is it takes a lot of time to complain. The other is that if you do a lot of complaining they kick you out of the site. This is just not ethical and is poor sportsmanship.

    Angel, can you get my 500 awards points?

    • Hi d_eve, I checked with the World Winner team. This was a promotion for mobile, so you would have needed to play the mobile version on your phone or tablet.

        • I’m glad you got it to work. It may say that for the web-based game, but the promotion itself was strictly a mobile promotion. So playing the web-based game, (on IE or not), didn’t qualify for points.

        • I very seldom say anything. This is not right. Johnathan (Jon) said to use internet explorer. I then was able to use another computer and was able to play the games. This means my reward points are lost. Please help me get it reopened.

          • Hi d_eve, I don’t have access to WorldWinner accounts, so you need to go through player services, but you did not lose any points, as the promotion was only for mobile players. You were playing the web-based version of the game, which did not count.

        • Hi, I checked for you, you’re not banned. You had multiple accounts, and the extras were closed. Always log into djeverhart1 only.

  3. I’m so sick of the commercials that don’t play and don’t give you credit for watching them. I spent over an hour watching the same one. It was blank not that I mind cause I don’t watch them anyway. Sick of them telling me they have nothing for me or something went wrong. I wish they would fix it. I’m sorry it seems like lately I have been complaining a lot lately. I too have lost tokens the other day when it froze up. 8000 tokens is a lot for me. But I’m not going to complain about it or ask for it back because I have been with GSN management over the token games. It took me forever to get the 750,000 that I won and also the promo code amount. They have a lot of people on this site so I assume that is what their problems are from. Bingo is so bad. Hardly win anything on that one. Sorry I just needed to sound off about it all.

    • It’s OK Shirl! But please, contact Player Services anytime there are issues. They need to know. To contact them click on GSN Help at the top of the main http://www.gsn.com page, then look for the green “contact support” button at the top of the help page. I’d recommend logging into your player name before contacting them so there is a record from your account you can access later if need be.
