If you’re having any issues with your account, the games, or need crediting, please reach out to Player Services. To contact them click on GSN Help at the top of the main www.gsn.com page, then look for the green contact support button at the top of the help page.
I recommend logging into your player name before contacting them so there is a record from your account you can access later if need be. To access previous help tickets, log into your player name, go to GSN Help, and then look for the drop-down arrow next to your name on the help page (to the right of the green contact support button). Click on the arrow, and then click on support history. There you can view your previous tickets.
