Ugh! that frustrates me. The book of the week was the only thing I spent my oodles on. You can’t convince me that coupons and collection box decorations do better than books.
The casino games are still not working properly. I am getting the flower sometimes when the games come up. Get the “not loading” even after I’m playing the game. Also get the “fiddlesticks” message. Also get that gsn is not responding – return to webpage. It does not return you to the webpage, but knocks you out and you have to start over. All times you lose what tokens you have earned. Very frustrating!!!!

To contact them click on GSN Help at the top of the main http://www.gsn.com page, then look for the green “contact support” button at the top of the help page. I’d recommend logging into your player name before contacting them so there is a record from your account you can access later if need be.
I have contacted player services several times. They say the same to all who are having problems. This has been going on for several months. I’ve had my internet connection checked by AT&T – no problems. Don’t know what else to do.
I’m sorry stretch41, I don’t know what you can try either. It’s working fine for most people, so there must be a OS/browser combination or firewall, etc. that’s blocking.
The problems I am having is getting a flower when I am playing the casino games.I get messages that say this is not loading when I am playing the games. Losing tokens when I am knocked out of a games.
Hi Angel it not my birthday. I played Bingo Bash on Tuesday and Wednesday and it said come back today for another gift when you played. I played but did not receive a gift. Bingo Bash Fall game

Hi Paul, the game was working correctly. Sometimes it helps to clear cache, or try a different browser.
Deuces wild is loading but bet is 0, and can’t be changed.
I’m sorry Sandy, we’re showing no issues with the game. Have you tried with a different browser?

I’m sorry that we’ve taken down books & DVDs from the Prize Center. These prizes did not do well when they were listed mikesip.myp.
