I’ve noticed the unexpected additional oodles promo 777 Slots Casino game. I’ve went for it for the extra 125 oodles. However, I’ve checked and the dates are wrong for this promo. No worries I’ve got my extra oodles despite the inaccurate dates there. Thanks for the 500 oodles and the 2nd promo Angel!!!

Sometime back I think I read that changes were coming, whereas tokens would not be transferred between desk computer & I-pads. Hope I was wrong, and nothing happened. So until a week or so ago, no problem. Then anything we won in the 4 daily promotions and games are not getting on my computer, or in the GSN daily record of tokens. Yesterday my husband won 325,000 plus tokens and they were not recorded. I actually saw them myself when he won. NO MISTAKE. None of the promotions or challenges we play is showing, nor all the tokens you win playing these games. This was A LOT of tokens. Can you tell me what is going on?. The games are played on an Air I-pad, and another one. The daily promotions are on the Air only, tho.
Can you tell me anything or do I need to go further?
Hi, your best bet would be to reach out to Player Services and ask them to investigate for you. You can do so by clicking on GSN Help at the top of the main http://www.gsn.com page. Be sure to log into your player name before contacting them, so you can access any ticket numbers with them.
