      I’ve also had problems daily with this game crashing in mid-game. I contacted Player Services so am assuming that they will help, but I do understand your frustration! The other versions of Video Bingo never caused these issues, at least for me. Makes me hesitate to even play, as it sometimes happens on the first game and other times, a few games in.

      Just wanted you to know that I don’t think you are the only one having these problems!

  3. Just wanted to let you know as of 5:30 CST June 24, there are still issues with video bingo. The webpage closed suddenly and reopened on two back to back games. I lost a total of 400,000 tokens. I reached out to support to let them know.

  5. Today, after two years, was the first time in any bingo game that I did not light up at least one bingo. I had, as usual, four cards up. No bingo’s or lets say the green circle’s never lite up. Has that ever happened to anyone? I even went back during the minute before the game closed, and click on every number. It just surprised me.

    • Same here during yesterday’s games! Several different times! I am a fairly new player, though – I so this must just be the norm.

  9. I love playing the new bingo game shake rattle and roll I also have lost alot of tokens if you look up my history on the system you will see how much I have played I hope things will work out so I will stop loosing my coins and stop to reboot my system HELP

I’d recommend logging into your player name before contacting them so there is a record from your account you can access later if need be.
