  2. Thanks for the promo code…i tried this game when it first came on the site and all i have to say it’s pretty to look at, but the game itself is horrible. Lost thousands of tokens and never a bonus; just kept getting 2 symbols, not three. I’ll get even with those fish when i go deep sea fishing…lol

    • I’ve been playing this game for 3 days. Lost well over 100,000 tokens. I have NEVER gotten the free spin bonus. I have only gotten 2 free spin symbols a few times and always (yesterday at least) on reels 2 & 3.
      I honestly think that this the game isn’t working correctly.
      Has anyone gotten the free games on Aquarium Treasure Slots?

  3. Hey 2jellybeans…I’ve had the same problem with this game. Been playing it for 4 days straight now..hours upon hours, and while it pays out decently, it has not given me one bonus round yet. The treasure chests appear only on reels 2 & 3 for me as well, altho they do show up spinning on all the other reels. I love this game and know it would be great fun if the bonus round worked. I’ve written to gsn support about it, as I know there has to be some kind of a glich. But not sure they’re agreeing with me, but hopefully if enough people do complain, someone will check it out and see it’s not just me, down on my luck, not ever getting a bonus round. If you or anyone else out there has gotten a bonus round by now, would love to hear about it!

      I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I FIRST PLAYED THE GAME AND NOTICED THE “GLITCH”. IT WAS IN THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORNING AND I SENT A NOTICE TO PLAYER SERVICES. AT THAT POINT THEY SAID THEY HAD NOT HAD ANY OTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT IT AND TO LET THEM KNOW IF IT CONTINUES TO HAPPEN. SO, I’M PLEASED TO SEE MORE FOLKS ARE LETTING PS KNOW ABOUT THIS GLITCH. I’M SURE THEY WILL NOW LET THE ENGINEER’S KNOW AND GET IT FIXED. MAYBE ANGEL CAN PUT IN A WORD FOR OUR FINDINGS AS WELL, WHICH MIGHT SPEED THINGS UP? WHAT SAY YOU ANGEL? 🙂

He’s been so very helpful and seems to be doing his best to try to get the problem fixed. Will post again if and when it does get resolved..until then..happy deep sea fishing!

  5. I like this new game. The graphics are nice. In my opinion the graphics are comparable to Wild Savanna slots. I especially like the castle wild card with the eel and also the bubbles that make the dividing lines between the columns.

  6. Disappointed with this game…payouts for this game are extremely low. After playing several times over several days, and playing hundreds of spins, NEVER got any free spins. Just another ploy to get players to buy tokens for FREE games.

  7. I’ve played many games and thought it was just me. I haven’t hit any free spins in the Aquarium game and only rarely do two treasure chests show up to tease me. By playing only 400 tokens per spin I’ve waiting it out without much cost. The graphics are beautiful and I really enjoy the blurp sound of the water. Hope they figure out how to share the wealth with the players. Thanks also for the promo code.

  8. I am so glad that I posted and asked the question regarding if anyone had gotten the free spin bonus in Aquarium Treasure Slots. I was going to buy more tokens yesterday but decided to wait and see if anyone responded. Since it is now obvious that the bonus is not working I certainly hope and expect GSN to fix the problem and refund all tokens lost in Aquarium Slots prior to the bonus game being fixed.
    I personally have nearly stopped buying tokens as I got frustrated with the daily bonus resetting repeatedly and cheating me out of my free tokens. GSN used to be good about answering complaints but the last time I wrote them they never replied. Then when this happened once I ignored it, then twice I got upset, three times I wanted to write but was afraid my complaint would go unheard. I’ve taken screen shots several times of my daily bonus resetting with proof that I had been logged on and active in the last 24 hours, but I have just not gone through the hassle of writing. But this is going too far. To have as bet thousand upon thousands of tokens, that cost actual money, and wasting hour after hour of time to get a bonus that is not possible to get, it’s just unacceptable.

    Hitting a >~~> or >~~>, >~~> or more and watching them spin is cute.
    Unfortunately the payout isn’t there.

  11. I lost 200,000 tokens this evening!!! Your website was doing funky things, freezing, showing messages I had never seen before, and all of a sudden I lost 200,000 tokens. Can I get them back? They are not easy to come by, and I hate to see them disappear like that.

  12. I’ve spent millions of tokens on the Aquarium game (10K & 20K on a spin) and haven’t got a bonus yet! I agree, something is wrong with this game. I like the graphics but not the payouts!
