I think it would be a benefit to all us players if they would put up a scale as to how much & more games that we need to play on the Video Bingo Deluxe, as they did with all the others that were played in the past. They had the trail on the last one letting us know when we reached the Pot of Gold on this one we have no clue as to how many more games are needed to reach the Jackpot other then if you didn’t know as some players don’t that the flowers grow up the tower. Wish this feature could be changed. Thank you I will still continue to play this game no matter what it is my favorite. God Bless & good Luck to everyone playing

    • That would be a great feature. I usually open another window and access the “My GSN” page or the “My Promos” page. You can see the number of spins you have used on that page and then keep refreshing the page until you have accrued enough spins. That is kind of a pain though so a counter for number of spins actually on the page while you are playing would be very helpful. I haven’t been playing on this site very long but I wondered why there wasn’t a simpler way to keep up with how many spins you have received credit for.

  4. Yesterday I was playing Bingo Bash, and there was a separate Bingo game at the end of the game where you could win Bingo Chips. Was that only for a certain time?

  7. This is probably the wrong avenue, but it looks like the method, to get support help with the games has changed. When I try to access help, I get a page of frequent
    questions. I’m had problems today with Blazing Cherries Slots. First it took about 200K of tokens, then, It game gave me free play of 7 games, and and on the first spin of free play, it gave me another free play of 8 games, and then froze. The only way to unfreeze was to refresh the page, and that action took away all the free play. I checked my internet connection, and it was rated at excellent, so I don’t know what the problem was. How about some tokens? I still have a year on my contract, for 1 yr, before I can switch to a cable. Right now.I’m stuck with WIFI.

    • Hi James, look at the very top of the FAQs page, there’s a green button that says “contact support.” Click on that.

      • I have had this problem with Blazing Cherries, too. While playing the game I get 3 free spin icons and when I select one of them I get a screen that says “There may be connectivity issues. Please check your internet connection.” Then there is a RELOAD button to push. This takes me out of the game I was playing and I lose my free spins. The game does not freeze. I have reported this to Player Services a few times. I know others have had this problem also. This only happens when playing Blazing Cherries. I hope they are looking into it and can fix this bug.

        • gbarrett123, I know the reported issues are being investigated but so far we’re unable to reproduce on our end, which we need to do. I’ve not had any issues with the free spins personally and I’ve tested on IE, Chrome, and Firefox. I’m running windows 7.

          • gbarrett123, my connection is DSL. What’s yours? Also, random thought, do you have any pop-up blockers on? Not sure that would affect things, but if you do want to turn it off and see if it makes a difference?

        • after getting three bonuses and select one it show a number of free spins and if gives the message “”There may be connectivity issues. Please check your internet connection.. This has happened each time I have played this game for over a month. I have Comcast internet with 90 GB.
          When GSN has this problem I test my internet speed and it is always 90 GB. I can also watch a downloading video while playing blazing cherries and when the message comes up the video dows not show frame loss. Problem with your program!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • James, there was an issue with Blazing Cherries during the April 30th promo with freezing….maybe the game engineers have not been able to figure out what the problem is and fix it.

        • When you click the green button, the icons are over to the right, after support hours? Look right above support hours and there’s a drop down window. Click the arrow to choose GSN (GSN.com support) or GSN cash games. Once you’ve picked one, then a new window will pop up you can write in.

  9. I am having problems contacting GSN Help as well. After Filling in all required information and pressing the submit button, at the top of the page it reads “Category (GSN) cannot be blank)”. I am not leaving anything blank. This is preventing me from even contacting GSN Help about any issues besides Token Loss. What can I do?

    NOT TOO LONG AGO A NOTICE WAS PUT UP ALERTING US TO NEW CHANGES THAT WERE GOING TO BE MADE WITH REGARD TO PLAYER SERVICES AND HOW THESE NEW CHANGES SHOULD BENEFIT EVERYONE. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THESE “CHANGES” HAVE ALREADY OCCURRED, BUT I’LL BE DARNED IF I CAN FIND THEM!?? I DON’T KNOW HOW I MISSED A NOTICE EXPLAINING THE NEW CHANGES; BUT WORSE, I CAN’T SEEM TO LOCATE THEM BY “SEARCHING” EITHER??     • Hi Pam, the help page should be easier to navigate overall. Just click on GSN help like usual, and then contact support at the very top of the page. From there you can click on GSN (gsn.com) or cash games in the drop down window. There are links now to other GSN offerings at the bottom of the help page. Clicking any of the icons bring you to the FAQs, but there’s always a green contact support at the top of each page if you can;t find an answer to your question.

    I gave it accept it told me that the Token amount was not valid. I only wanted 200K,
    but I’m tired fooling with this. I don’t understand what invalid means. Thanks for

    • Hi James, if the form is not working properly, try reaching out through email to help@gsn.com. it may be showing invalid if you’re using commas (best guess, like 5,000 instead of 5000)

  14. I did 415 spins of boogie on down and never got a bonus if I get a bonus anyway I just get a frozen screen any don’t get any tokens lost over 400,00 tokens and no bonus
