Started playing this so when got to a point that I got “free plays” in the game, clicked on one of the free play tiles – got an error message stating that somethign was wrong with my internet connection. Clicked out of it, knowing that internet connection is perfectly fine (it was checked my TWC just a few hours ago), and went on playing the game. Next time I got the “free play” tiles to choose from, got the same error message. This happened four times. It’s not my internet connection that is the problem. What can be done? This isn’t right that I can’t play the free play, but i can play everything else on here with no issue.

        • Angel, I am still experiencing the problem when I get free spins while playing Blazing Cherries. I get the note telling me I am having an internet issue and to “Reload”. I never get my free spins. This has been going on for months. Do you know if the engineers are still working on the problem? I love Blazing Cherries but the free spin issue is frustrating. Thanks for all you do.

Angel, 3-4 times during my 100 spins i got the bonus, but as soon as i clicked on the one i wanted (that tells you how many bonus spins you get) i got there may be connectivity issues with reload, so i didn’t get the bonus or the extra tokens. There was no problem with my internet connection and it didn’t happen at any time during the regular spins. Wondering if anyone else had this problem. It wasn’t any fun playing because of that.

    • yes I to had the same thing happen to me I did not contact player services have contacted them enough in the past { they have all ways credited me for what ever happened} missed out on free spins every time just wanted to say I had problems also

  3. angel i am having problems going to my gsn help section..i apologize for coming to here with this but i do not go to any of the media sites ie…..facebook twitter etc…. the section keeps sending me to cash section to sign in which i am already there with logged in status….awhile back i was having trouble with site and they said something about mac users …i am not one of those either….slowly the site staightened out for me but never was able to access this section for help but since i wasn’t having issues i thought it would staighten out on it’s own as did the rest of my issues…here i am today needing assistance and am not able to get there…..please help…i am losing tokens on ads that i need to play with my ad watching is not working for the tokens…i cannot buy tokens here in my state so this is my only option….yes my pc is set to allow allow all cookies for your site..i have hp win 7 laptop that i use here…thanks angel and again i apologize for this issue being brought to you…access is not working for help section for me anywhere i try to get it….xoxoxxoxo….me…..

    adding to my comment angel…the ads are under that drop down for the pre rolls …all other ads seem to be credited…i am going there maybe the pre roll is only good for one roll although i usually get enough ads to equal the expense of the game in questions’ min bet to earn the correct amount for oodle redemptions in the mygsn games section…gosh i hope i haven’t lost you…it really gets confusing sometimes when we have issues doesn’t it……xoxoxxo…me…LOVE THIS SITE AND ALL YOU GUYS ARE REALLY GREAT TO PUT UP WITH ALL MY PROBLEMS……..me…..

    JUST A NOTE OF EITHER INFORMATION AND/OR ALERT RE: BLAZING CHERRIES. WHILE PLAYING , THE TIMES I RECEIVED THE EXTRA SPINS, THE GAME FROZE (ACTUALLY JUST KEPT SPINNING WITHOUT STOPPING) AND A MESSAGE CAME UP SAYING I SHOULD CHECK MY INTERNET CONNECTION. WELL, I DON’T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS THERE, SO I FEAR YOU MAY HAVE A GLITCH ON YOUR END. I DID TAKE A SCREEN SHOT (YEA! PLAYER SERVICES TAUGHT ME HOW 🙂 ) AND SO I SENT IT AND A MESSAGE TO PLAYER SERVICES ALERTING THEM TO THE SITUATION.

  8. Me too, as soon as I click on Free spins the internet connection problem comes up. It won’t complete the spins behind the reload like some games – they are just lost with the reload. I have been playing over an hour and only half way through. Actually hoping I don’t get any more free spins…

  9. was playing last night freezing wheel continues spinning and got knocked off as well. also the tokens said 10,0000 tokens (ten million) but received
    10,000 tokens (ten thousand) . anyone else notice this. now Friday its corrected. I feel those that clicked and received the tokens Thursday should of received the Ten Million as it said..thats only fair..

    • Sorry, that was a typo on my part. The title of the post was correct and said 10,000, and the comma was in the correct place in the typoed part: 10,0000 but there was an extra 0. I removed after seeing posts that pointed the discrepancy out. People who redeemed the code got the correct amount: 10,000 Tokens. The typo in the post had no bearing on the actual redemption in the system.
