Some Games Temporarily Unavailable Starting at 3am ET Tuesday

We will be performing scheduled maintenance starting at 3AM EDT on Tuesday, September 30. During that time, the following games will not be available:

•       European Roulette
•       Mr. Vegas Slots
•       Puppy Love Slots
•       Safari Sam Slots
•       Three Wishes Slots

  2. I was sent 3 challenges fro WorldWinner web site. Click on tab at bottom of email,but cannot make connections for any of the challenges.
    Would be happy to take on the challenges, but don’t know how to get this done. Please advise. Challenges end at 12 midnight tonight.

    • amaba23 Try using an ad blocker when playing games, it seems to help stop some of the ads from going and going… I turn it off when not playing so it will not block Chachingo, Token Monkey, Oodles Chest, Daily Break and other things I want.

  3. I can’t get past the around the world bingo loading image. has the game been canceld ? also the free cell solitare is stuck on the comerchel.

    • Charlotte, the game ended yesterday (or at least the map portion of it). I’m able to get both games to load, so if you continue to have problems please contact Player Services and let them know what’s happening.     • The Video Deluxe Bingo loading issue has not been working for me either. I notified Players Services on Sept 26 and as of today its still not loading. They said they are working on it. I hope that players were able to complete their maps before this happened

  4. Hi GSN Angel!

    I know they have 48 hours, but…..wasn’t Daily Break dated 9/29 worth 300 oodles? I only received credit for 75. Was this a mistake or are they piece mealing it? Also, will we always have more than 1 Daily Break to complete throughout the day, or are the recent additional Daily Break’s just exceptions? Just want to know so that I can check it more frequently than I have been. Lmk ty

  5. Video Bingo will not load for me. It’s been this way all day. I tried Chrome and Explorer both and it will not load in either one. I don’t want to write player services because I have had to write them too often lately. Don’t want to become a pain to them. LOL Is this still happening to anyone else?

  6. Hey whats up with chachingo won’t let me enter 9 am drawing
    still reading numbers for 8 am drawing. I’ve done everything
    refreshed even shut down and rebooted..??????

  7. I had a problem with getting 9am Chachingo#s as well, I sent a screen shot at 8:57 to GSN help that showed my number showing for 8am draw, no 9am. Finally let me choose numbers for the 10 am draw. Also only shows up to 8am numbers (no 9 am draw!) – Just adding, I closed browser, cleared cache, and rebooted as well. My Chachingo screen shows a draw for 10am, but the results only show up to 8am draw, none for 9am.
