  1. congrats! along with congrats to moosehead12 who seems to pick up some fantastic prizes!

I wonder what’s the secret as I can only manage a few hundred oodles a day.

At this rate will take years to even be able to bid on a prize let alone win one.

Congrats to those who do win!

  2. I don’t mean to change the subject but I don’t understand something and hope you can explain it to me. I think I found out some bad news about Reward Points I have been working toward but hope you can clarify it for me.
I do not play with money. Or have not yet. I understand you can turn in 12,500 reward points and get $20.00 for play? But I thought I could keep playing and work toward the 37,500 reward points for the $50.00 Target gift card (or more points for bigger gift cards, etc.). Now I’m not so sure. I hope I have not been playing for all these reward points for nothing.
Also, is there a phone number I can call someone at your office?
Please advise. Thank you, Carolyn (I’ll give you my phone # but didn’t know if I should do that here?)

    • Hi, there’s an extensive FAQ about Rewards Points on the GSN Cash Games page. Go to Cash Games and click on help at the top of the page, then click on “rewards” on the left hand side. If you’re not able to find the answer to your question, please contact Player Services for assistance. They are more familiar with Rewards Points than I am. To contact them click on GSN Help at the top of the main http://www.gsn.com page. Be sure you’re logged on to your user name so you can see the contact link.

From the WW site it says: As a free player you can earn up to 12,500 redeemable Rewards Points. Become a cash competitor to redeem these Rewards Points for $20 in Game Credits! After you upgrade, you can earn UNLIMITED Rewards Points,…….

12,500 is the maximum to get $20 in game credits, anything over that amount you will lose.

You have to become a cash player in order to use the rewards for the $20 in credits..

    Hope that helps!

    • To: laylarocks23,
Thanks for the info. It’s more confusing reading & asking from them, but I am still a little mixed up. I have 53,670 total reward points right now!!! What can I do? What order do I have to do all this in? Do I have to put up cash first before I can redeem 12,500 pts. for $20 or can I redeem 12,500 pts. first? Plus will they let me play the $20 without putting up cash or upgrading, which I’m not even sure what that is. Told you I’m confused!!!
I think I earned 41,170 reward points for nothing!!!!!!! (53,670 less 12,500) Is there anything I can do with them? Can I play with them, buy with them, donate them-like the breast cancer thing they have or put them into another players account???
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP & TIME SO FAR AND IN ADVANCE, EXPLAINING THIS TO ME!!!!!! Carolyn

Thanks for all your help!!! I wrote earlier and just now checked back to see if there was a reply but my previous writing was gone, so will try again with different wording.

I am still a bit confused. I have over fifty-three thousand reward points and do not know what order to do all this in? Do I have to put up cash first before I can redeem 12,500 pts. for $20? Or can I redeem first & if so will I still have to put up cash before I can use the $20? And when does upgrading become involved and what is that actually? I believe I have earned too many reward pts. and am going to lose them from what you said above and I sure hate that!!!!!!! Can they be used for other things?

If laylarocks23 doesn’t see this, I’d appreciate help from anyone else that can give me experienced input. THANK YOU. Carolyn
