Just in case you haven’t heard the good news, thanks to your feedback we simplified our Token packages. Bonus Tokens are now awarded as a percentage of your base Tokens.

  1. Off topic…Home page tells me I can get 100 oodles and 1000 tokens for Video Bingo Deluxe….news “feed” tells me the same…my GSN promotion does not have a counter for Video Bingo…will it later in the day?

  2. Thanks, I think, GSN for the new bonus configurations. When do the changes go into effect? So far I haven’t noticed any difference. I’m in favor of anything that will make my token balance higher.

      • Angel, I’m not sure what you mean by “token packages”? Are you referring only to packages we can purchase? If so, I never purchase tokens so the new packages will have no effect of my play. But are the daily token bonuses based on our daily token balance? If so, then I’ll probably get very few to start with since I only have 8M tokens.

  3. hey angel, what’s going on with the token board. i play every day and all of a sudden it is saying welcome back. it has done this several times. now even when i click on the day it shows me the amount but it doesn’t give it to me. is it just me or is there a bug?
    i’m on disability. so i play with what i win and the daily spinner. thanks for you help.

  4. I’m can’t compete for cash because, I live in the state of Illinois, Why?. I tried to purchase the package but, It won’t let me.

        • If you’re in a state that doesn’t allow cash games you can’t buy cash game credits on GSN Cash Games. If you want to buy Tokens to play the casino games on GSN.com, you can do so here.

  5. It is now June 26th 12 pdt and I got 1 candy in the game and have not received my oodles or tokens as of this moment. Just fyi? Donna.

    • Tokens should show up immediately. If you’re having trouble seeing them, please contact Player Services for assistance so they can investigate. To contact them click on GSN Help at the top of the main http://www.gsn.com page, then look for the green “contact support” button at the top of the help page. I’d recommend logging into your player name before contacting them so there is a record from your account you can access later if need be.

  6. I want to buy tokens. I cannot. It’s. Not showing the page. To the token package the one in right. Corner that. Says. Buy tokens don’t. Work help
