Free Oodles and Token Video Issues Being Looked In To

Weโ€™re very sorry for the issues with the Oodles Chest and Token Monkey lately. These are being looked in to, but a number of the problems seem to be on the providerโ€™s end with bad ads in the rotation. Weโ€™re working with the company to figure out a way to track these down and remove them so videos play properly.

  2. I ran into this today. All I can do is take a screenshot of this, submit it to Player Services and hope to receive the 50 oodles for this. It is aggravating to go this route.

    • Vee, if you haven;t already, please try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps. You can find information on how to do that here. What browser and operating system do you use?

      • angel clearing the cache and temp files is not the answer for everyone i do that 2 times a week . i notified the help crew that i wasnt getting some of the ads or the monkey on firefox but could get them sometimes on ie , their reply was less than acceptable … they said they were aware of the issue but it was affecting so few it was not a priority they needed to address other issues…. (makes you feel really wanted and appreciated )

        • I’m sorry you feel unwanted bigjym. I honestly don’t think they meant it that way. But there are scenarios if something is affecting 10 people, and other things are affecting hundreds, they need to prioritize the list. But that doesn’t mean they don’t care. We just have limited resources and aren’t able to work on everything at once.

I’m not getting credit for any ofmy oodle adventures.I’m missing quite a few.also I’ve been playing in cash tournments since ijoined and about fifty percent of the time while playing swap it for exMple,the screen freezes up or gets stuck in zlow modd but clock on games nkeeps on counting down whils I’m unable.to mKe any moves ending with a loss due to nofault of mine.
    Also,ordered an amazon gifg card with some of myreward points about a month ago and I’ve never received my giftcard.thx for your time and for any solutions we can come up with fore I love you website ,love playing your games,can’t ALIVE without swap it,I’m addicted!

      You can also contact them regarding cash games and rewards store, just choose Worldwinner.com/cash competitions in the drop down window that says “*I need assistance with.” I would submit a separate ticket for the rewards store Amazon card.

  4. So, not only were the Token Monkey ads coming up blank, I purchased the 20,000 tokens for Oodles deal on Friday around 9 am only to find that they were not credited right away. When I checked the prize description again, I saw the “details” listed that they would be credited in 1-3 days. I was disappointed since I bought them to use in the Slot Race. P.S. Three days later and I am still waiting for the tokens to appear. Don’t get me wrong, I love the free token opportunities and the chance to exchange oodles for tokens and tokens for oodles. I guess with all these great new ideas being introduced so quickly there are going to be some glitches along the way. It just seems to all be breaking down at once. I trust player services will continue to straighten it all out and make us whole on the missing credits. (Thanks for listening !)

  6. is anyone else having issues with ads being blank when clicking on earn more tokens? did the usual troubleshooting and contacted player services but wanted to know I was alone in this, happening on and off since yesterday hung up on particular ad

    • Yes, I have had issues with the ads being blank. Now I am not getting the ‘earn more tokens’ at all with the daily tokens.

      • Yes I’m having the same problem with blank ads or ones like HONDA that don’t do anything.

        This is happening for me on the : DAILY TOKEN BONUS; THE TREASURE CHEST and the TOKEN MONKEY.

        • And the HONDA ad is for Southern California and I’m in Texas.
          Don’t know how it is suppose to work but it comes up and that’s all it does.

          • I believe this ad issue is being looked in to. Hmm. Wonder if they’re trying to get you to do a road trip? ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. i was just on the home page and it says that you play video bingo deluxe you get 1000 tokens and 100 oodles. when you hit the more key it takes you to my gsn and there is absolutely nothing there . is this a glitch or something that is coming but not there yet?

    • It’s a glitch on our end. The banner is meant to go live Monday morning, not today. The promotion starts Monday. Sorry for the confusion! I’ve let them know.

It said to play video deluxe for 100 oodles and 1000 oodles but when you hit the banner there is no game to play The banner keeps running on the bottom of the page you hit on it brings to no such game to collect the oodles OR TOKENS IF YOU GOING TO HAVE A PPROMOTION THERE SHOULD BE A GAME TO PLAY AND WIN THE OODLES OR TOKENS OR MAYBE GSN SHOULD JUST GIVE IT TO US FOR THEIR MISTAKE

  10. Hello Angel. Is there still an issue with the earn free tokens? I have viewed videos for past 2 morning and have not received my 1000 tokens.

  11. Is anyone else having issues with the token monkey videos not giving the tokens? I’ve watched I don’t know how many of them and none of them are saying “you have earned 1000 tokens.” There is a close button, but that just closes it and no tokens are credited.

    • I just played the staples one and got a green “You’ve earned your Tokens” comment. I had to click “next” a couple times to interact to make it show.   13. Hi, I contacted player services about my trouble with the monkeys and oodles bonuses. I have firefox and always found monkeys and oodles untill about a month or so. couldn’t find any. I switched over to IE found lots of monkeys and oodles for about two weeks, then nothing. They just stopped. I clear my browsers and cache every week. I went back to firefox, haven’t seen a monkey yet. Hope somebody can figure out what’s wrong. At least I know it not just me. Good Luck
