Oodletorial – A Week Of Daily Bonus Issues

This week the Oodletorial is brought to you from all of us at GSN.com. To begin, we appreciate everyone’s patience this week while we looked in to the Daily Bonus issues that started last weekend.

The technical team worked hard to discover what the underlying cause was. This was of high importance to everyone, because we want to provide you with the best gaming experience possible. It took a few days, but they have been able to start working on a fix, and a number of people have been credited their outstanding Tokens.

It may still take until early next week to get everything fully resolved, so if you have not been credited yet, please be patient a little longer. We’re working on getting everyone up to date as soon as possible.

  1. I am glad they have found the problem. Now, will that have any negative reaction to the amount of tokens we receive from here on as if we didn’t log in for one day? My amounts have been very low since the beginning. Can’t afford to go down more.

    • Hi Bobchi, no it doesn’t matter if you miss a day (or days). You just don’t get Tokens for the first day after you log in form missing a day.

  2. I was given the coupon to redeem to get 100,000 takens for just $4.99. When I made the purchase I was nt given the amount quoted. Please let me know what I need to do in order to solve this problem. I do alot of purchasing tokens and I would appreciate it if you could fix this problem.

  3. I would like to thank player services I had to contact them 6 or 7 different times about my tokens and they responded quickly and resolved quickly, again thank-you very much, also thank-you angles it is good to know your there.

  4. Left for awhile because of technical difficulties. Saw this and went back to playing since you seem to be trying. This part may be doing better, but seriously… in an hour I got kicked out 3 times. When I hit refresh, each time it remembered I was playing Wheel of Fortune Bingo because I took me back to the start button, didn’t remember the game I was in the middle of any time. It doesn’t always remember that much. But it took away the points I ha made, the puzzles I was in the middle of solving and the bets I had places 2 x 3,000 and 1 x 6,000)> I tried cleaning out cookies and refreshing. Doesn’t seem to help. (One hint… once I had just worked a puzzle ball, it went back to the bingo part. Then the letters box where choosing a letter was super imposed over the bingo cards and it kept drawing bingo balls but I couldn’t get rid of the letters to play the cards).
    Thanks if you can help. I enjoy the variety of games on this site, but there seem to be frequent technical difficulties that rob you of points, prizes, etc. I realize there will always be problems with all the technology constantly changing and computers aging as w speak, becoming outdated. But if we can’t get it to work better, maybe we just shouldn’t have these sites. They can be more frustrating then fun at times… life already does that to us doesn’t it? Thanks again for your time.     • I’m sorry you’re having issues Nancy. I assume you’ve contacted Player Services too? They may have some suggestions. I would suggest what you’ve already tried so I’m not helpful in this.

      • I’m sorry, but I have to agree with you. I have had ongoing problems with Wheel of Fortune Bingo that have never been addressed, The monkey stalls out or the videos just sit there or you never receive ‘success’. I too sat through 29 videos the other day building up tomorrow’s daily bonus and they, too disappeared.

  5. I am happy because my issue was also resolved and I was credited with the bonus tokens. The tech team did a great job resolving the problem. However, I have reported another problem with the daily bonus. As I get the opportunity to increase the number of tokens that will be credited to me “tomorrow” I have found that the total tomorrow tokens keep decreasing every time I check my totals. I watch the videos and add to the total and then when I check back in, I’ve lost thousands of tokens. I have reported it to player services but wonder if others are also experiencing this problem. Thank you.

  6. Angel, what is going on with the Video Oodles bonus. I have already written to Player services regarding this, but I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem. When I click on the Video Oodles Bonus I have been getting a blank screen that just does not want to go away. I have to completely back out of it by going to the back arrow. Also, no oodles. Also, I have been getting video’s that keep playing over and over but not oodles. These are mainly the Empire games. This is an absolute waste of time and if I am going to watch ads, I want something for doing it.
    This is where a message board would be very handy, because you could post this and get feedback from other players. And, then we would know if it was just us, or if others were having that problem.
    The answer that they gave you on our message board that you posted for me, just did not answer my question. It has been almost 10 months since they closed the message board. They have had sufficient time to give us a new one. I think they just hope we will get tired of asking about it. I am beginning to think that you are the only one at GSN that cares about us.
    Anyway, thank you for your help Angel, you are the greatest.

    • Flora1941- I agree with you on the message board! I contacted Players Services about a couple of the ads, Samsung & Toyota not being able to watch or not receiving tokens/oodles for watching. I even sent them the link of the ad. I haven’t seen those today. Other Ads are having issues also that players have contacted Help about.

      Today the Emergen C Ad is not giving tokens or oodles when you watch it. It adds tokens if you get the Monkey then takes them away when you change screens. For Oodles and Video Bonus it isn’t adding them to your transactions. I am closing the ad (waste of time), seems to be the only one I’m being offered today with no benefit. Maybe an April Fool’s Joke!!!

      Don’t know if others are having issues with (Emergen C Ad) or not, would be nice to have a Message Board to find out.

  7. What are token for if you must pay money now to play the more advanced part of the games. For example, I used to play 5 people on Big Money but am now only allowed to play 2 people with the change. Please explain what the purpose of getting more tokens is if I cannot play the 5 people game without paying cash. I am really disappointed in this change as I am sure others are. I don’t play nearly as often as I used to.

  8. I appreciate your hard work. We let you know and you are quick to start to fix the problem. We just need to keep being patient knowing you will fix the situation, and. if necessary, you give us the tokens we worked for and did not receive.

I have a token problem..my tokens are free at this time, however; I do plan to purchase later, nonetheless; I sometimes feel that because mine are free at this time, when I run out of tokens, I have to wait 9 to 10 hours for bonus tokens in the amount of $2,500 or less at times at which time, I’m out in less than an hour. Now the wait starts. No tokens are offered . Please fix this problem. Love the games. Very therapeutic for me. Thank you

  10. I already left my problem. Hit it Rich slots. Something was wrong for me to come back, so I did & it says I already collected. And I didn’t. Please fix this, thank you.

  11. Where are my daily bonus for frozen freefall and when can I expect a solution. And a credit for the loss.I will wait on a reply and hope this Is resolved soon soon soon.

      • I have not received any bonus points in at least 2 weeks. I find it hard to believe that it’s taken this long to find the problem. It seems that since this problem I keep hitting 5 thousand points but none is credited to my account, I’d be happy with 3 hundred points just so that the problem is solved. Why is it taken so long?
