This team started out years ago as support on WorldWinner (GSN Cash Games), and has since expanded to provide support on all of our platforms, including GSN.com (Oodles and Tokens), GSN Mobile, and Games by GSN on Facebook. Player Services consists of six dedicated specialists, and they really keep things humming along as the heart of our customer support.
Besides responding to 1,000 tickets a day (yikes, that averages to a 166 emails each!), Player Services is also the conduit for any issues that arise. For example: Is there an issue with a promotion? Player Services lets the web team know. Is a game not performing correctly? Player Services passes that on to the game team. Player Services is also continuously forwarding player feedback and concerns to the appropriate departments here at GSN. These folk are true multitaskers!
The team works hard from 8:30am-5:30pm ET Monday – Friday. On weekends, we cover urgent issues only, although we hope to have full coverage at some point down the road. Come Monday morning the team is hard at work sending responses to those who’ve contacted them over the weekend.
