Do u all really need to take off the bingo America, me myself chat more than play I have meet very sweet caring people since I have been on and that has only been about 2 weeks (for I just saw it and click on to see what it was ) it was LOVE at first daub. Also what time are you all going to end at midnight or right in the middle of a game. PLEASE RECONSIDER BEFORE YOU LOSE ALOT OF FAITHFUL WONDERFUL PLAYERS AND FRIENDS. THANX

  2. I lost 1,7000 tokens when I turned off my iPad and then I turned it on again. This happened on 10 dec 13 at about 1030 pm. Please check and give me my tokens back.

  3. I was playing ghost busters slots had over 500,000 tokens went out to home only had 160 someodd thousand.cant find player services or how to contact them.also ive noticed when I go from one game to the next I lose tokens like at least 2000 or so can anyone help?

  4. I already have a ticket (12012-1659289). I sent this email several days ago and have not heard back. I was playing video bingo, I was playing $10,000 on 2 cards. I had 4 bingos on 1 card and 1 bingo on another card. Game froze. Lost a great score. Played last night had a double bingo and a single froze again. Played today had a double and a single, froze again. I have up to date flash players so that is not the problem. You take my tokens, then it freezes with something good and I los all of it. Please let me hear from someone. I would like some of my tokens back.

    • Hi, I don’t think so. The one option under My GSN>My Account says: ‘Yes, I want to receive e-mails about games, Oodles and Tokens” so it would be all bundles together.

  5. I just lost 2 million tokens when GSN came on when I was starting a Bingo game. I didn’t even get to play it and was charged 2 mil tokens. May I please get them back? Thank you, Harriet Loyd

    And the ones for 1000 tokens??

  7. I haven’t been able to collect token gifts from my friends for over a year and one half, even though I click on them they do not send to my account. I have found that facebook has put a block on not allowing me to collect

  8. Even with the HOURS of player services posted and listed on ALL links…I cannot seem to let them know that EVERYtime I want to play VideoBingo Daubing for …..a screen pops up to play for FUN…..NOT!!!! I would like to finish the journey thru the forest…..Thank You ! JILL

  9. When I click on the bonus Oodle chest, it brings up a screen that says “Click on videon to start.”. When I do, all I get is a Black blank screen that does not open.

    What can I do?

  10. Jackpot Boogie — still not the game it used to be!!! I’ve tried it a couple of times and lost well over 100,000 tokens. I finally got two bonus games, but each time instead of being able to “Boogie” it froze and would not complete loading. Just not a fair game anymore..

  11. It is a shame that these things happen, and will continue to happen. When you have as many things going on at the same time on a site like this, you know the old saying, (Sh….. Happens). The good thing for a lot of you is, you have hundreds of thousands, millions, and in some cases, billions of tokens to play with. These same things happen to me, and I can’t win enough to get out of my own way. For example, I watched 604 videos last week, just so I could play awhile, and as of right now, I still only have around 37 tokens. Where is the appreciation for watching the videos and making GSN advertising money. It really, really sucks when you lose all the time. I don’t know how some of you win so much, but I’ll bet you are having a lot more fun than I am. It can’t just be luck. I think there is more to it than that, or I would have millions of tokens at some point too.

  12. I have been a GSN player for over ten years but sadly and reluctantly thinking of finally letting it go. I too, like so many others who have posted problems with GSN’s site have had problems the last year or so. Continuous loss of tokens when playing Video Bingo (lost over 1 million tokens in just one evening) because of the games freezing, “GSN is not responding” or message from Norton about malicious attacks and must exit the site has made playing frustrating and no longer fun. I already know by your response to all comments to contact GSN support which I have and will do again although my last complaint of several months ago has remained unanswered. I just wanted my issues to be posted here for others to see and to let them know that they are certainly not alone.

  13. has anyone else’s video bingo jammed when it came time to be paid your big win? I was told it is a technical issue but I have encountered this before. I always clean my cache so these things don’t happen. i am not going to be rewarded the 6 million chips I actually won. I am getting tired of always paying facebook and not getting to play for the money I spend to play.

  14. The oodle prizes need to be revamped, there are no worthwhile prizes like the umbrella, deck of cards etc, only magnets, and those magazine subscriptions that no-one wants!!
    in the meantime I just keep acquiring oodles and there is nothing of any substance to redeem them for!!!
