  1. You need to stop letting g popup on chachingo when I get my number a popup comes up say in 5 secong click the x to see your number please take all popup of chachingo please so when I get my n umber I can see them right away not an ad first pissing lot of people I know are very upset

    • suddenly on chachingobingo when i click on continue a screen comes up saying “locking in your numbers” but no BINGO balls with numbers and a lock on them. after the drawing i can see my numbers were locked in and i still do win group loot some of the times but i miss seeing the balls with numbers and locks. i made sure all of my java and adobe software is up to date but it made no difference. what’s going on?

      • you prob have ad blocker plus installed on your browser like I do your numbers are locked so don’t worry about it.
        if you want to disable it you can then you will see the pop up ad after locking in numbers.

I can no longer click on my user name in the drop down menu even though it is correct or copy paste my password in the password window when i log in. i have to type both in or i can log in. i get the message wrong username or password. i guess it’s for security but i don’t need that much security. it’s just a bother.

  3. Anyone else having the problem with the “NEW” ChaChingo
    Lock in your numbers….. (watch this advertisement)
    not showing that you played for that hour?
    A couple of times I thought it was just me. It is now very apparent that there have been a few times (don’t know if I let it sit to long or what) before I hit lock in your numbers, it locked…showed numbers then when hour went by it showed I had not played.
    Yes, I will contact Player Services.

    • Mindy, we put a fix out today. After 5 seconds you should get a screen that says “Don’t see your numbers? Click here”

        Still wanted to whirrrr away in space but, I could see in advance numbers went in and locked.
        Also received some tech info from services . Will follow their advice (step by step instructions! yeah) – making sure I don’t have a “build up” of temp files clogging my speed.

  4. When I purchased the scratch and win ticket the pop up card did not come up. If you having issues with this please reimburse my 200 oodles and I will not attempt to play this game again. Thank you.

  5. Token Spinner Bonus…….I purchase tokens all the time…and my token spinner bonus is hardly ever a big amount??? My daughter hardly ever plays on her account but checks it daily for token spinner bounus…..everyday this week she has got anywhere from 5000 to 20000 tokens??? There should be a better way …especially for those of us that do purchase tokens…it would be nice to spin and get 10 or 20 thousand!!
    I play GSN everyday!

    • I HAVE WONDERED THE SAME THING ABOUT THE LOWER AMOUNTS OF THE DAILY BONUS SPINS. IT APPEARS THAT EACH DAY IN A ROW YOU LOG IN THAT THE BONUS AMOUNT WILL GET LARGER AS EACH DAY PROGRESSES THROUGH THE WEEK. MOST OF THE TIME I GET FROM 14,000-20,000 A BIT MORE OR LESS. I ALSO BUY TOKENS AND I ALWAYS HAVE TO WATCH A TON OF ADS IN ORDER TO INCREASE MY TOKEN AMOUNT AFTER I GET MY BONUS JUST TO EVEN OUT WITH WHAT I GOT THE DAY OR SOMETIMES MORE THAN A DAY BEFORE. I ONLY GET ON BONUS AMOUNT TO ADD TO THE DAILY BONUS, BUT IT OPENS UP A LOT FOR THE NEXT DAY, BUT I HAVE TO WATCH ADS TO GET THAT. I WOULD RATHER BE PLAYING GAMES OR CHECKING OUT THE PRIZE AREA FOR OODLES OR READING THE LATEST FROM ANGEL ON PLAYER NEWS THAN WATCHING ADS. I ESPECIALLY HATE THE ADS THAT MAKE YOU LEAVE THE GSN SITE. I JUST EX OUT OF THOSE. I HAVE HEARD OTHER COMPLAIN ABOUT THOSE, TOO. YES THEY ARE GIVING FREE TOKENS, BUT WHY DO WE PLAY GSN. TO WATCH ADS OR PLAY GAMES? NO AD SHOULD BE OVER 30 SEC. THEN ALTHOUGH I AM SPENDING THE SAME TIME, I HAVE THE JOY OF NOT LOOKING AT WHAT THEY ARE SELLING. IF THEY ARE SELFISH TO TAKE ALL THAT EXTRA TIME BUT FOR ONLY A SINGLE AWARD, THEN I DO NOT CARE TO WATCH THEIR ADS. A.E., AOL, CAR COMPANIES, UNKNOWN JUNK THAT I NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE, ETC., ETC.   6. I have notified the help desk but wanted to file a report that when I went to play the Wonder Wheel I went in it showed I had 3 spins instead of my usual 1 but when I looked over at the Wheel it was gone! Some body stole the Wonder Wheel. What’s going on?”

      • Angel, I will let you know on the Wheel issue. I am also unable to play any games as a message comes up on each game to update my flash player that the game requires it. I have played on GSM.Com for a few years now and have never experienced this problem before.
        This is very discouraging to me.

  7. The new 777 games does not come up at all on my game page. it go’s to a blue blank screen. that’s it… please help……

  8. Hello Angel-Wanted to let you know the problems I had with not being able to use the flash player and the missing wonder wheel when I went into play it were related. After trying to update my flashed several times and getting in touch with Adobe the problems seems to be fixed. For now any ways.

  9. I can not get on your site unless I use Facebook. I did that this morning and played your Galactic Gems game. It kept freezing not giving me any tokens and not letting me go to the next level. Don’t bother telling me you will reset my password. you have done that to me at least twice. This site has become much too much trouble to deal with in my condition. I think that I should avoid it from now on snd save myself the timr and trouble. And ny the way , I will slso stop watching the channel,too. The only show worth watching is the Chase. The rest feature either reruns or people too dumb for words!

  10. i have a big problem!!!!!!!!!!!! someone name Banish Boredom is using my name and email……. I can’t delete his name. I’ve even changed my password.
    this user name should be greeneyes2. I don’t want to close my account and loose my tokens and other stuff. I haven’t played for money with this other person using my stuff can you help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE
