Need Help? Please Read

Hello everyone!

We have noticed many people posting they’re having issues with games, or have not been credited Oodles or Tokens. Please remember you need to contact Player Services to get proper support or credit. You can do so by clicking on Help Center under “Contact Support” on this page, or by clicking on GSN Help on the main www.gsn.com page, and then clicking Contact Player Services. Be sure you are logged in to your user name, otherwise you’ll only see the FAQs and not the Contact Player Services link.

  1. Dear GSNAngel, people may be posting of the problems here to find out if others are having the same issues. I know that a lot of times I have contacted Help and also posted asking others if they were having the same difficulties. It helps to know there are others out there with these same issues. Help always tells us it is our provider, but if we find others that have a different provider and they are having the same issues, we can rule that out.

This new and improved is taking away the companionship and the ability to make more friends on this site. When do you think they will give us something that will bring back the camaraderie, etc. that we felt before. We can no longer add friends to our lists nor can we make contact with one another. This was a feature that I used a lot and it is gone.

Thank you, as always for your prompt attention to this and for being you. Miss you on the weekends.

    • Oh yes, that’s totally fine! We worried people might not understand to contact player services also. 🙂

I don’t have any new information on when we will be getting a message board like before, but I miss the weekend games with everyone too!

  2. Hi GSNAngel, I just noticed that the message board is disabled. I hope it’s not a permanent change as the site is revamped. I’ve contacted Player Services a couple times in the past re: technical difficulties, and they quickly replied & rectified the issues; However, besides getting free open advice from members on the msg boards, I like to read comments from others to compare gaming experiences. I echo ‘flora1941’s very…diplomatic sentiments and reasons for having a public forum. Comments from players may not always be full of praise for the site, but they’re honest – and if a large percentage of people share the same opinion about the same issue (like, the low-payoffs/token losses on the new WOF) then it should be okay to voice concerns even if those opinions don’t shed a positive light on GSN. If anything, it should prompt the powers that be to make changes to the game everyone is complaining about. Thanks

    • Hi SoCali, I’m sorry you missed the notices the board was closing. We first started talking about it about three months ago with posts on Facebook, and the boards themselves. We let people know there would be a week’s notice before the actual closing, you can read about it here if you like.

We will have a new message board, but right now we don’t have a date on when. As you can see, people are still posting their opinions here, which is a good thing! The format has changed, but feedback from players is still being heard.

  3. In your bonus trivia the Question needs to fit the answer choices. MIT was used in the filming of Good Will Hunting, However it is not a university . Harvard and the University of Toronto were also used, but they were not among your choices.

    • MIT is a University. MIT focuses on scientific and technological research and is divided into five schools and one college. Please click here. We have a former employee who got his masters in Aeronautics & Astronautics there. As a fun aside, on separate occasions he bumped into Isaac Asimov, Jacque Cousteau and Stephen Hawking during his time there.

  4. I was searching to find out if anyone has heard about why the 13,000 bonus points promotion has disappeared, or is it just me? Does everyone still have this promotion?

My games weren’t counting in the promotion so I contacted support, and now the promotion has completely disappeared. I am still waiting to hear back from them. Perhaps the promotion has been removed from my account only while they are fixed it….

“PLAY AND GET 13,000 REWARDS POINTS”
NOTE: This offer is valid from 12:00am ET on 8/22/13 through 11:59pm ET on 8/24/13. $0.25 minimum entry fee required. 13,000 Rewards Points is the maximum amount available with this promotion.
    – First: Play 50 cash games and receive 1,000 Rewards Points. The Rewards Points will instantly be awarded upon completion. Upon completion of first offer the second offer will begin.
    – Second: Play 150 cash games and receive 3,000 Rewards Points. The Rewards Points will instantly be awarded upon completion. Upon completion of second offer the third offer will begin.
    – Third: Play 300 cash games and receive 9,000 Rewards Points. The Rewards Points will instantly be awarded upon completion.

    • Hi Queenie, there was a technical issue with the promo and they had to pull it. They will be reaching out to players soon. If you already contacted them, you’re on their list to email.

  5. Thanks! It would be nice to get that sort of news somewhere! I sure hope I will still get the rewards points I already earned for completing the first part of the promotion. If there was a message board….well, hopefully soon! And thanks again.
