  1. Yep! You’re right GSNAngel! We definitely love special deals and bonuses, so thanks much for the free 5K! :) Have a question for you. From time to time I see posts about promo codes, but have never been sure how you go about getting and redeeming them. In this particular post you say we will receive them via email. Just wondering if this is how it’s always been done? The reason I ask is because I have been here for a year now and have never received any emails about promo codes. I get Chachingo and Leaderboard email notifications, but have never gotten anything about promo codes. So I’m now wondering if I have perhaps missed something along the way that I should have already done in order to be receiving promo notifications? Thanks!

I entered the promotion code 5KFREE for the free 5,000 tokens – my token count balance listed under my total token count history says that I was credited the 5,000 tokes at 5:23 pm today, February 26, 2014 – however, when I went to play a game the balance for my tokens listed at the bottom of the game page lists that I have 210,000 tokens approximately instead of the 215,000 tokens under my token history under my GSN

Thank you GSN angel for replying to my message – I love GSN – however, I don’t know what I am not seeing – why I start playing games – my token balance reads that I have only 210,000 tokens – also wanted to let you how much I love the “Cupid” game which is ending tonight – I hope you have something similar in the near future – I can play that game all day long.

  4. Hi, I tried the code it did not work. Also when I go to mygsn page and error message comes up said “stack overflow line 15″ I have to close it 3times before it goes away, this started after gsn changed the page not sure if its in how the page was made or what. Also I clicked on the left side of my screen corner where there was an error message, my pc only goes window xp can not go any further without me buying another pc, not sure when that will happen. Can u help me? This is a copy of Error Message.(removed)

When will everyone get free codes to crediting oodles into their oodles accounts? I’m so excited about this new opportunity that I’ll do this every single day.

  8. I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem, but for the last couple of days, the monkey has come up, but when I click on it, it won’t open. Is anyone else having this issue?

    • Yes it has happened to me too. Also there have been some ads that want to take me to an outside website and that makes me nervous.

      • katie.krb.myp, I believe that’s referred to as “monkeyshines” (joking!). In all seriousness, you may want to try clearing your browser cache. Some people have reported that worked for them.

          YES I sent player services an e-mail. I even tried what you said and put a wrong one in and it did not tell me it was invalid.

    I love the idea of the new promo code – there is just one problem. I am not on Twitter or Facebook (information says to check there for promo code.) Will there be any place else the code will be posted? – maybe GSN could post it like they do the secret word.

    • Hi Francine, the final Team USA medal count is here. If you had a Team USA Oodlectible (the flag) you got 5,300 Oodles and 53,000 Tokens. If you got three of the Winter Sports set you were awarded 25,000 Tokens. I’m sorry, I don’t know it’s showing completed unless you spun more than you realized?     At first I was taken to a twitter spot … ( don’t twitter or facebook) … ..So I went to “My GSN” and was able to put my code in at a new bar area in upper left hand area that was made for this promotion. Am looking forward to more Codes to put in. Looks like a win, win !

  13. I have tried to enter promo code on several different days (I understand you only get credit once) and it doesn’t seem to be working properly. Nothing has shown up in my token balance to date.   14. I am also having “Monkey” problems. He will pop up on “Home” and also “All Games” but, when I click on him nothing happens. I have 2 laptops and it fails on both. Is this a problem for “Player Services” ? Once in awhile he works..but a lot of times he doesn’t..gets frustrating. Why pop up if it isn’t going to give you a bonus?

    This question may have already been asked and answered if so sorry for the duplication. If not here goes. How long is the promo code good for? Example, I get the code in my email sometime today but I don’t check my email until in the next morning is it still valid or is there a clock on it and it will expires at a certain time? Thanks

    • The link on the home page hasn’t been working for a few days, but you can go to the “all games” tab and scroll down and the monkey is there near the bottom of the page and that link works.

  17. Dear GSN ANGEL, Thank you for answering my post and showing me that I did get the 5,000 tokens even though it did say invalid code. I wish they would put in the player news as I went on twitter and got the code on day#2 and it also said invalid code , but I know I didn’t get the tokens then, as I triple checked this time before bothering you. So I closed out the twitter account as it wasn’t of any use to me. I guess I’ll just have to wait for the special promos. Again, Thank You for showing me that I did get the FREE CLOVER tokens. YOU ARE SUCH A SPECIAL HELP TO ALL OF US.

    • You’re welcome! Generally if it says invalid it’s probably already been redeemed (if it’s not a typo, like I do!).

    • mis, the promo code 5KFREE expires 3/5 and the promo code FREECLOVER expires 3/931. Both may be used just once. There is also a new one that’s an Oodltunity that started today located here.

I like a lot of what GSN is doing but I is hard to earn oodles anymore and I can’t afford to keep putting money into the cash deal because I am not a pro to beat hardly anything on the leadership to get high enough to win nothing and all the prizes on oodles is coupons only and almost all the stores we live in a small town wish we could be able to buy something at least nice on oodles this year they keep saying that they were going to fix it where you could buy something nice I try to bid on thing but I just lose me oodles and I have been in the lower point for over a year. but I still love to play and hope one day I can get a good prize from oodles I am 73 and live off a small income.

  23. Have been trying for days now to enter the new promo code FREECLOVER and all I get is that it not valid. Thought it was was good until the 31st of March. Have contacted technical support but have not received a response or answer to the problem. Is anybody else having trouble with the new promo code?

    • Hi Vesta, the code expires on 3/31, but it’s only one per player. You redeemed yours on 3/1, so now it shows not valid. There are people who have not redeemed yet that still have time.

    • Hi helenlowell, there isn’t a new code every day. Most of the time new codes will be posted on Player News, but sometimes there will be codes exclusive to the Oodletorial newsletter.

      • There was a code in the Oodletorial newsletter that I received by e-mail. When I entered it in the promo. box it came up invalid. I then used the link in the newsletter that took me to MYGSN and promo code area, wasn’t valid that way either. The e-mail code appears to have an expiration or isn’t entered in the system yet.

        The videos today from the token monkey and free oodles (which I finally started to get) are all coming up as a black screen. Yesterday they were working. All my settings are correct. Just checking to see if others are having the same issue today.
