  1. Downloaded the new Casino app to my Kindle Fire. Tried to log in using GSN and it says Login Error invalid username/password. Tried multiple time and it doesn’t take my username/password/

  3. I would like to play deal or no deal, but I have to download the Adobe flash player, but it won’t let me. Is there any other way that I can play, or any other app that I can install on my nexus 7 that would let me do so. Please help

  5. Have upgraded and now it makes me log in every single time I I into the app, which is very annoying, why is it doing this? Am using an iPad 2

    • I have the opposite situation . . . before I had to login each time but now it’s automatic. I think it’s great! Good luck on getting that fixed.

  6. I just got a new IPad. I downloaded the GSN Games app and the Facebook app. When I go into the GSN app and try to sign in through facebook, it won’t connect to the GSN app? How can I fix this???

  7. I have a kindle fire,cant get a flash drive.Keep sent me to something else.Trying to play gns games casino solitary and timed solitary with other people.Don’t care with flash drive I install it won’t work.What must I do to solve this problem please.

  8. I ordered 200000 tokens on December 31st special and I only got 200 tokens. The sale went through January first. I paid 19.99 just like it ask me to. I will never order anymore.

  9. Cannot open gsn casino . Never had this problem before. Have over 30,000 credits. Been trying to get someone to fix this problem for a month now
    Feel like they don’t care about their customers. I’ve checked everything on my end and all is fine. It’s theirs that need fixing. Wish they cared enough to do so.

  11. i have GSN mobile app on my HTC Sensation and have played often without any problems. i received an update yesterday for GSN mobile and now when i try to open the app on my HTC sensation i get a black screen for a few seconds then it goes back to my desktop !!! please fix this!! and if you could please add solitaire to the lineup of games on the mobile app. that would be soooo awesome :)

  12. I can play games fine but if I try to purchase more tokens it locks up. I have to pull battery out to unfreeze it.

My mother and I have identical Motorola phones and both uploaded the GSN Casino app. My upload works perfectly, but hers would not let her access several of the games; for example, when going to play “Deal or No Deal,” it froze up at the opening sequence (with the closed vault doors) and never got to the slot machine (and this game is the reason she wanted the GSN app to begin with). I uninstalled the app from the device via Settings, a process which worked fine–it’s gone. But when I went back into Google Play to re-install it, the Google Play app reads, “Installed” even though the GSN app is no longer on the phone! And there is no other “install” button so I can’t re-install something that isn’t there any more. What the heck is going on?!? To add insult to injury, the GSN “help” center doesn’t cover anything regarding apps.

  14. Hi! I was wondering why some people (like my boyfriend sitting right here) has the Blazing Cherry Slots game and I don’t. He’s had it several weeks so if it’s a beta test, it seems to work great for him! Where’s mine?

    • Hi Cathi, the game is in beta which means 10% of players get it. Which 10% is random, so he’s pretty lucky to have had it this long. Until it’s out of beta, you may or may not see it, as it can come and go.

    • Patty, be very careful when typing your user name and password in. Be sure (for example) you don’t accidentally have the caps key lock on, etc.

  16. GSN Casino Solitaire Pro will not reload after playing a game. Hit the End Game button and the Finish button comes up. Hit the Finish button and the game window goes to blue and a message appears saying that “Solitaire Pro is closing down. If this window persists you will have to close it manually.” The only way to close the window is to select some other game. I use a MacBook Pro and didn’t use to have this problem until you upgraded the casino look.
